[fix] 通用模块

修改前端通用js，ry-ui.js中table设置统一高度，解决万材说table下拉后看不到表头标题的问题；
ry-ui.js新增dropdownToggle方法，实现下拉进行按钮切换，并且实现按钮水平居中对齐，解决万材提出的操作栏内容过长问题；
